Thomas’ name was mentioned to us, so we called and he came to see what our situation was and to make a recommendation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. This would be a major job. After much discussion and checking out generators, we called Thomas and told him we wanted him to do the job. He immediately set up a date. Thomas arrived promptly at the time he set (7:30 a.m.), and went right to work as soon as CMP shut our service down. He worked tirelessly for 11 hours. I can’t say enough good about him and about the quality of his work! He was professional yet friendly, a hard worker who know exactly what he was doing, and very thorough in his work. He installed a new panel and included what we needed for switching over to our new generator. He tested everything before closing up the new box, and he did a run-through with us so we knew exactly what to do when we lose power. Absolute Power does an awesome job!! – Debbie and Bob
